On the 17th of December, 2015, Sulley, Stephen and I went to the site to change the motor control box because we realised it was not working fully authomatic. We realised that if the light goes off and later comes on, some one must open the power box to press the start bottom for the whole system to start, of which we don't want them to be opening the power bottom. We went to replace the electronic pump control box with a manual control box so that when the light is off and later comes on, since the on bottom is on and it is a manual one, the motor get its power and start operating without any body opening the power box. but when we got there, the manual control box was not able to switch on the motor, so it was getting late and we had to leave the old one there as it was.

On Wednesday, the 16th of December, 2015, we completed the project and handed it over to the community where the chief was not able to attend but some of the sub chiefs and some of the elders of the community were also there. PP was very happy and the community was also happy about the project. here are some of the pictures we took:

Today the 14th of December, 2015, I went to the site to make sure that the floor concrete is casted, but when I went there, the masons were not available. I called them and they said they will cast it in the evening, so they were able to do it. Also, I went to buy the poly tank(5000 LT) and we were able to take it to the top. I also went to pay the painter who painted the metal gate, the bore hole cover and the power box. I was also able to go for the results of the water test. On the 3rd of December, 2015, all the Infra-tec engineers(PP, Stephen, Panford, Sulley and I) visited the two Nkwanta kese project.(gh it150928 and gh it150929). We first went to gh it150929 to see what is going on there and from there we went to gh it150928 to see how work was going. When we got to my site, we saw that every thing was ohky but just one pipe in the fetching station needs to be positioned well. When we were about to leave, I gave the welder some part of his work charge then from there we(Infra-tec engineers) went to blue eyes to have lunch.

I visited the site with Sulley on the 2nd of December, 2015. When we got there, we tried to pass a flexible rod through the pipes we laid for the wiring and we encountered a problem which we solved the problem. The problem was that, the flexible rod was not able to go through the pipes smoothly so we had to change the corners angle pipes we used. The plumber came to continue with his work but the masons did not come. I gave the plumber part of his work charge so he can complete the work. We took some of the water for the water test from my site and later went to Sulley's site to take some of the water from his site for the water test. We went there at 9:00am and left there at 3:00pm.

Yesterday, 18th of November, 2015 from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm, Mr. Sulley and I went to the Nkwantakese site to lay the pipes for the wiring before the concrete can be casted. When we got there, the steel bender had not finished with his work, so the mason was waiting for him so he can start with the casting. So we were not able to lay the pipes. I was not able to update my blog yesterday because my laptop screen got spoilt and I went to replace it and when I got home, there was light out. I am going to complete the account today so I can send you the link. I was able to pay the carpenter, the steel bender and the mason part of their work charge.

Today on the 16th of November, 2015, i went to Nkwantakese water station. The carpenter was able to do the frame work with the wood to enable the steel bender to bend the iron rod to be fitted into the frame work done by the carpenter. The mason was waiting for the steel bender to finish with his work so they can cast the concrete. the stones and the sand were ready for construction. I gave money to the welder to buy the metal pipes for the metal gate, the power box and ladder to the tank. Today, when I got there, the carpenter and the steel bender were demanding some of their work charge money but I told them i cant give them money today but an sure to get them some of the money before Thursday.   I went there at 11:00 am and left there at 4:30 pm.
